Everyone deserves fast, cost effective and efficient vehicle repair. PBX Truck Service has offered everything since its inception, but its new and expansive location in Blumenort is now open and ready to serve the public.
“It’s exciting to be able to do this. I’ve had comments from other people at Blumenort saying ‘PBX will finally put Blumenort on the map’ which may be a joke, but it’s kind of the truth. “says Cornie Petkau, President of PBX Truck Service. “We are very happy to be a part of it.”
PBX Truck Service offers timely truck repairs, trailer maintenance, air conditioning repairs, polishes and more. The company serves Steinbach and Southeastern Manitoba with its experienced technicians to provide all of its customers with quality truck and trailer service, and now with the expansion, truck and trailer washes are also available.
With their newly expanded location, PBX can offer even more to their customers. “It’s very exciting. We’re going to have a lot more room now,” said Petkau. “The building is finished. There is room for the additional services that we are adding. We look forward to the future here at PBX.”
PBX Truck Service is also the Peterbilt of Steinbach, says Petkau. “It helps us a lot with the warranty on Peterbilts, Cummins and PACCAR.” He explains. “We also help sell trucks in this area. We’re working with John Enns from Peterbilt Manitoba on this. It has been very exciting to see more customers buying from Peterbilt in this area since we became dealers. We look forward to servicing them! “
Our new larger facility has been a project in the works for some time at PBX. “It started about a year and a half ago. We had to close some doors in the old building to be able to build on it.” said Petkau. “It made it a little harder for our customers to get in, but now we have a lot of doors, and they’re all open! So we’re good for business now.”
With the new upgrade in space, new PBX services can now offer their customers. Some of the upgrades include an automated oil system and new in-ground service pits, making service faster and more efficient. “We now have a wash bay that we have always dreamed of having,” continues Petkau, “and we have two long-lasting pits with all kinds of tools, so we can continue to do quality work and safety. certified. “
Moreover, the parts department of PBX continues to grow every day. “Our parts department will probably be the largest in Southeastern Manitoba. That’s what we’re aiming for, anyway. said Petkau. “So if anyone needs parts – not just for Peterbilt or PACCAR, but for Kenworth and Freightliner – and any make of truck, we’ll do our best to get them.”
Above all, PBX Truck Service wants to make sure to assist every customer who walks through their doors. “We want to better serve our customers.” Petkau says about their new building. “There are a lot of things involved in being a reseller, and we’re happy to do it all.”
